Ashley Crettol Insalaco focuses her practice on complex business litigation in state and federal courts. Ashley has represented a diverse group of clients in cases involving contract disputes, insurance recovery, shareholder disputes, trust litigation, non-competition agreements, trade secrets, and intellectual property. Ashley is experienced in all phases of litigation including appeals, mediations, and arbitrations. She also regularly advises clients on complex e-discovery matters, alternative dispute resolution strategies, and various state and federal requirements for their businesses.

Ms. Insalaco is admitted to practice in Illinois, in the Federal Circuit, and in the Northern District of Illinois. She is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association, the Chicago Bar Association, and the Women’s Bar Association of Illinois.

Credentials

Ashley earned her law degree, magna cum laude, from Chicago-Kent College of Law in 2011. During law school, Ashley was a Notes and Comments Editor for the Chicago-Kent Law Review. She also served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Richard D. Cudahy of the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.

Prior to joining Tabet DiVito & Rothstein LLC in January 2013, Ashley served as a judicial clerk to the Honorable Thomas R. Allen in the Chancery Division of the Circuit Court of Cook County, Illinois.
