- When representing a defendant in a breach of contract case, Megan successfully defeated the plaintiff’s motion for leave to amend its complaint to add numerous new claims and parties on the eve of trial.
- Counsel for Conagra in more than thirty consolidated product liability cases in Cook County, Illinois.
- Counsel for RNA Corporation in federal multi-district litigation and dozens of cases throughout Illinois relating to hair relaxer manufacturing practices.
- Wood River LLC, et al. v. Saks Incorporated, No. 2018-MR-001624, Circuit Court of DuPage County, Illinois (representing Wood River in breach of contract dispute)
- Slafter v. Haier US Appliance Solutions, Inc., No. 3:21-cv-01326-SPM (S.D. Ill. 2022) (representing Defendant Haier US Appliance Solutions, Inc. and winning early dismissal of a putative consumer fraud class action with prejudice)

Credentials
Megan graduated cum laude from Michigan State University’s James Madison College with a bachelor’s degree in Social Relations and Policy. She earned her law degree from the University of Michigan Law School.
