Brent Ryan focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation.  He represents business clients in a broad range of matters including breach of contract disputes, fraud and other business torts, breach of fiduciary duty disputes, alternative dispute resolution proceedings, and insurance coverage disputes.

Prior to joining Tabet DiVito & Rothstein, Mr. Ryan served as a judicial clerk for Judge Peter C. Economus of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio.  He earned his law degree, cum laude, from Case Western Reserve University School of Law in 2006.  While in law school, Mr. Ryan served as a judicial extern to Judge Alice M. Batchelder of the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.  He earned his bachelor's degree, magna cum laude, from Illinois State University in 2002. 

Mr. Ryan is admitted to practice in Illinois, the Northern District of Illinois, and New York.  He is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association and Chicago Bar Association.
