Kyle Cooper focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation in both state and federal court. He has successfully represented clients in a variety of commercial matters, and has experience in all phases of the litigation process, including trials and appeals.
Prior to working at Tabet DiVito & Rothstein, Mr. Cooper was an associate at a litigation firm in Chicago and a litigation paralegal at a global law firm in New York. He also interned at the legislative office of then-Senator Barack Obama in 2007.
Mr. Cooper earned his bachelor’s degree, magna cum laude, from Colgate University, and received his law degree from Boston University School of Law, where he served as a teaching assistant, legislative intern for Massachusetts State Senator Dan Wolf, and a judicial extern for the Honorable Anne Claire Williams, U.S. Court of Appeals for the 7th Circuit.
Mr. Cooper is admitted to practice in the State of Illinois and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
