Ashley Insalaco focuses her practice in complex commercial litigation involving, among other things, contract disputes, insurance coverage, and intellectual property.
Prior to joining Tabet DiVito & Rothstein LLC in January 2013, Ms. Insalaco served as a judicial clerk to the Honorable Thomas R. Allen in the Chancery Division of the Circuit Court of Cook County, Illinois.
She earned her law degree, magna cum laude, from Chicago-Kent College of Law in 2011, and received Order of the Coif honors. During law school, Ms. Insalaco was a Notes and Comments Editor for the Chicago-Kent Law Review, and she earned CALI awards in Criminal Law, Contracts, Legal Writing II, Constitutional Law, Employment Discrimination, and Remedies. She also served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Richard D. Cudahy of the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.
Ms. Insalaco graduated summa cum laude from North Central College in 2008 and was the winner of the Student Lincoln Laureate Award.
Ms. Insalaco is admitted to practice in Illinois, in the Federal Circuit, and in the Northern District of Illinois. She is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association, the Chicago Bar Association, and the Women's Bar Association of Illinois.
